1. Initial Consultations & Scope of Service

Appointments scheduled through this website (including via Cal.com) and initial discussions are for informational and preliminary evaluation purposes only. Booking an appointment or contacting us does not:

• Establish a formal broker-client relationship or representation agreement.
• Constitute an offer, pre-approval, commitment to lend, or guarantee of specific interest rates or loan terms.
• Replace formal legal, accounting, or tax advice.

A formal broker-client relationship is established only after you have entered into a signed representation agreement with our brokerage.

2. Accuracy of Website Content

Calculators, tools, rate examples, and content on this website are provided for general educational purposes and illustrative estimation only. While we endeavor to keep information current, mortgage rates and lender criteria fluctuate frequently. Final rates, terms, and eligibility are subject to lender underwriting approval and formal verification of documentation.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any appointment booked via Cal.com if the request falls outside our service parameters or if conflicts arise. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our brokerage and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential decisions made based on preliminary website content or unverified discussion prior to entering into a formal agreement.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
